HevyTimbers
Help! My MZ-S1 has worked fine for over a year. Now having two problems: OpenMG closes when I try to import tracks into the jukebox from the directory on the HD. I've run the available patches, they didn't help. I have used Real Player to copy tracks to the MD in the past, but now the player shuts down during copying of files. Is there a fix for either of these probs, or...is there another way to copy tracks from my hard drive to my player?Running XP. Real Player 10 with the latest update for devices.shouldaboughtaipod! : (
Christopher
Get rid of RealPlayer and install Sonicstage 2.3 from connect.com. We no longer support OpenMG [the version you're using] here.

HevyTimbers
I have no luck with Sonicstage 2.3 either. On startup I get a error message, "OpenMG had a problem and needs to close". Actually the same error I was getting with OpenMG. Is Sonicstage just a renamed OpenMG?
Syrius
Look for the FAQ about exorcising OpenMG (Open.. ha ha! That's a good one, Sony! ) from your PC and then install Sonic Stage.
bug80
Quote "OpenMG had a problem and needs to close"O please Sony, this is not a decent error message. It is typical for the way Sony software is put together. Lazy programming, that's what it is!

ROMBUSTERS
id recommend completely wiping your system free of any Sony software (i.e. OpenMG, SonicStage, Simple Burner - using the info in the FAQ) and then install SS fresh
