If you want a decent canalphone for cheap, get a Sharp MD33, or if you absolutely need it to be short cord with non Auvi MD, sony EX71. dex Otaku Posted February 16, 2005 Report Share Posted February 16, 2005 I own a pair of these. They're pretty awful, pretty much exactly as aeriyn described. The EQ curve to make them sound even remotely flat is quite harsh. The earplug bits are also horrid. Like those "EAR" bland earplugs that you squeeze and fit in your ear, and they expand. The little cans the drivers are in are highly susceptible to microphonics from the cables.
