im not completely sure if this is the right place in the forum so i dont care if this topic is moved

i have an MZ-NH600D hi-md player and i realized a while ago that it is compatible with a remote

(i was kind of excited about it because i had a net-md player that didnt have the extra thing added to the headphone jack for a remote)

well anyhow ive been looking around the internet for a while for a backlit remote with a jog dial that would work

and all ive found were some expensive ones around $90

i dont have a credit card and that seems kind of expensive anyway

(i paid $100 for the player itself)

well anyhow now that im done with the explaination.......

anyone kno where i can find a cheap one (or the cheapest that can be found)

maybe ive been typin the wrong set of words into google or sometin

but if anyone can give me a few model numbers i would greatly appreciate it

any possible stores i can buy it at.....?

i dont have a credit card so that means no internet shopping for me

i think im stuck with no remote unless there is some store that supplies them

i dont think ill be going to a sony store to see if they have one anytime soon

(i dont live very close to one and gas costs a lot)

i like the look of the RM-MC40ELK

but at a price of $80 i would rather stick with taking the minidisc player out of my pocket to search through songs

i did find better prices on ebay (i think) but my problem of no credit card kind of stops me from buying

there are new remotes being sold from the UK

im not sure how much cheaper these are because the prices are in GBP and i dont kno the exchange rates of GBP to USD

there is a used one from the US (about $15) but if it doesnt work then i dont get a refund

and the person selling it wrote everything in wingdings which i dont quite trust......
