They can be had at the major department stores such as Yamada denki, Yodobashi camera, Ishimaru denki, and Tokyuu handsu. If he is going to be walking through hotspots such as Shinjuku or Akihabara then he can get the players at small retail shops without paying anymore money. Both retail for less than 200 usd each.
