bobt
You have two options, you can use sonicstsge to transfer, or you can write the MP3's to an audio cd and use simple burner to put them on MD.You will also have to watch your 707 if it ever stops recording, it means your wires to the write head have broken, when this happens do not put another disc in the unit as it will randomly erase discs. As to formats don't worry about it, MP3 is not a fidelity format, just get them on disc.HTHBob
greenmachine
The best quality you can get when transferring to NetMD via software is 132kbps ATRAC3 LP2, which is often acceptable but definitely not great (imo), while mp3 at 192kbps can be quite good. Depending on your demands and the quality of your headphones, you might experience a significant quality loss. Better quality SP is only possible when recording in realtime. ATELETRONICS
you cant stick with 192 mp3 if you listen on the md unit. it does not play mp3 only atrac files.use lp2 at 132 kbps. it will be fine...
