csmangalovr
about a year ago, i got MD-505 from my brother because he got himself a new mp3. it worked fine for half a year, but after a few months when i am uploading my songs into MDs. i can listen to them right after they got transfer, but after i stop nd turn the player back on, it display "BLANK." i tried almost all of my MDs, but lucky me, every song on every MD i tried was erased(using Jukebox at this time). i thought it might be my computer nd programs' problem so i reinstalled my computer, but no luck. then i installed Jukebox again, but it doesn't work. and when my brother suggested i installed Sonic Stage just to try it out, it shows "Transfers are not allowed." i'm sure that there's no write protected on the songs. please help, or any suggestions. The Low Volta
the fact that you were able to play them until the unit was turned off reminds me of TOC-errors or more precisely the recorders unability to write and save the TOC... this does sound quite terminalbut I'm no hardware wiz... perhaps someone more hardware minded can chip in
