raintheory
So I tried uploading a NetMD MiniDisc that was created using SimpleBurner, only to be presented with the following error:No dice... However, I did notice that it appears as though Sonicstage actually uploaded the entire track before the error occurred. On a hunch, I checked in "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\SonicStage\Packages" and saw a folder labeled with todays date! Unfortunately the folder was empty... Back to square one. I fired up SonicStage again, and started transferring one of the tracks. Now I navigated to the same place while the track was transferring ("C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\SonicStage\Packages") and saw a new folder with todays date, inside I saw the track I was uploading:Now, the trick is to force SonicStage to quit before the entire track is uploaded. Once the track reaches 100%, SonicStage throws you the error and deletes the file it was uploading. Open the task manager (Ctrl-Shift-Esc) and click on "Omgjbox.exe", then start your SonicStage transfer. As soon as the track gets to ~98-99% click "End Process" in the task manager. Be aware that it will probably ask you for confirmation so you will need to be quick. Once you have forced SonicStage to close, you can import the track you were uploading back into SonicStage and convert to WAV/Transfer to another Disc, etc. The track will be located in a Subfolder of "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\SonicStage\Packages" with the current date and time as the name of the subfolder.Hope this works for everyone else, feel free to comment or make any other suggestions. greenmachine
Nice, would it work to open the file by another application (like an audio player/editor) before completely uploaded so that it's in constant use and SonicStage cannot delete it? raintheory
It's not in the Recycle Bin afterwards... However I suppose it would be worth trying some sort of data recovery program to see if it can find it.

raintheory
Haha, Well after the uninstall of 4.3 and reinstall of 4.2 I can now upload these tracks without any problems. So, Mods... Your call. You can delete/edit this thread if you want in order to avoid confusion, or leave it for reference.. Bottom line, if you run into this same issue just reinstall.
