Question on availability of S series Walkman

Hi to all,

I noticed a few people managed to get hold of the new S series Walkmen already...could you please say where you ordered it from? It's still on Pre-Order on most of the Sony Style online shops...I am the UK, and would like to purchase a S639 ASAP...any reputable online or brick or mortar dealers that could have them already in stock or soon?

The NWZS639 is already on sale in canada, I would guess it should be on sale in the US as well.

It's not being sold on the SonyStyle website, or at any online shops in the US yet. I hope that this won't be like the Samsung P2, as the 16gb version never became available in the US, but was sold in Canada.

Indeed it is not, I just checked, there is the 82x series though in 16gb. wonder why no 16gb 600 series.

Sony UK now have the NWZ-639 16gb in stock. Price is £129.00.

Dead? What do you mean? I must admit myself that I could be more active with the forums, but with school, a girlfriend and everything else its hard to juggle such things. I do thank you for being a member of the forums, though, and I hope you continue to read Sony Insider.
