It took them less than 10 minutes to process and accept payment . Payment completed Order was 3-5 Worldwide expedited delivery , insured , ( that means get it there yesterday ) it is now 7 days . Still no package ......also during the Process I have sent 4 emails so far asking for Tracking info , or ANY proof of delivery , so as to ease the impression I am getting of them . Not one response so far , no communication whatsoever , except the notice of receiving my money .Theft by default is a crime , and it is punishable by law .This was my first time to deal with Gigasonic . I will be notifying the BBB , via their website quite soon , and have already reported to Paypal . Still no package ......I don't really know what I'm talking about, but I suspect they mean "Business days" (This is the term they use for domestic deliveries).So if you ordered last Friday, you can't count Saturday or Sunday, nor Christmas day and Boxing Day, nor the coming Saturday and Sunday, so they still haven't used up the five days. It is certainly unacceptable if they haven't replied to you (assuming you sent your emails well before Christmas), but I can't see they are outside the terms of the agreement (yet!) All Day long , switching shifts 7 days a week .that package should have been here in 3 days max , especially from California San Jose , has its own airport for freight and services . It should have been in the air in less than 6 hours from time of delivery , and it Japan 14 hours later , thru customs , and into the Japan Postal services ( which are same day delivery) You can send a Package here from Kyushu southern most part of Japan , and it be in Hokkaido the same day delivered to your door by the REGULAR postal system if you buy the right tags The EMS service that I use to send to you guys from my Garage sale is EXTRA and Guaranteed delivery , and yet costs less than the Expedited service I paid for . I appreciate your thought , but there is the reality ........ they screwed up and arent coming cleanBy the way , they are less than 1/4 of a mile from the Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport ...... But of course you're in Japan so your Postal Service may vary.I appreciate your thought , but there is the reality ........ they screwed up and arent coming cleanI think you should've done your homework. As in calling them beforehand and asking about their shipping policies or, to check on whether they're a legitimate seller and feedbacks from people (you can easily check via google.. Strungup Posted December 30, 2008 Author Report Share Posted December 30, 2008 (edited) Ok , 10 full days past the order , Negative responses , and what responses I did get indicate they havent even sent the Package , and they are refusing to Refund my Money , "I Will Look into your order and find out what happened , Thanks for your patience" , was the statement I got , when I said , "Dont send the product just give me my money back " I have openly 3 time so far just asked them to return the money , They have admitted that it was not shipped , and are now trying to force me to accept delivery so they can say the did their job . I paid for World Wide , Expedited 3-5 day delivery , on the Morning of DEC 20 in Japan , that means Late friday California .They accepted payment .At the lates it should have gone out that Monday the 22 , and with 3 day delivery it would have been here on the 25 th or 26 th . They have made no effort whatsover to correct this situation , Do not do business with this Company . I have also sent numerous messages thru Paypal itself , a dispute is open , and demand for resolution in process . emails......."me "to Gigasonic. com" <info@gigasonic.com>Dec 25I bought a mic from you , paid for 3-5 day express shipping , the package is overdue , and also received no tracking or shipping info from you .You need to respond . It even states it on their website . Gigasonic still has not returned my money , even after the last email in which I clearly stated I wanted my money and NOT the mic . I think they need to be shut down . If I dont have my money in the next 24 hours , I begin the filing procedures with the BBB , and San Jose city , they have online forms as well as Telephone Direct service .I was in the middle of several different things one of which is highly stressful , I had a visitor , who was also interested in the same Mic based on my recommendations , also I have a 5,000 dollar Archtop Guitar on my workbench that the finger board basically exploded on it , and I am repairing , it . Fine detail stuff , I had absolutely no time or allowance for extra stress , and these Yahoos decide to just simply LOSE my order . I am about halfway thru the fingerboard repair, and am Mixing and shooting a 2 part catylized Polyurethane , thru a fine detail Airbrush ( Something you are NOT supposed to do , because this stuff can harden in your brush while your spraying ) this = STRESS Timing off , Bad job , Mix off , Bad Job , anything off Bad Job , .......... and the customer is waiting for his guitar .........
