ad2006
Woulds anyone know what my best option would be for charging a NWa1000 at the mains in the US when I go on holiday? Am worried about the change in voltage
0 Richard
Check what your AC adaptor says on it - if it says for example Input 100-240V you will only need a plug adaptor to convert to US 2 pin as it can handle a range of voltages. If it has a fixed input for example 230V only then you will need a step-up transformer as US has 110V vs 220/230 in Europe. 0 chriswyatt
Or if you can find a computer you can charge via the USB cable
0 ad2006
Thanks it does say 110-240v on it so will try with just an adapter.
0 Ascariss
why use an adapter?AC100-240V ~ 50/60Hz this is a global AC adaptar, unlike before. the plug should be the same from japan to US and from canada to US. europe to US would require only a plug adapter nothing more. 0 ub_
I was in the states a couple of months ago and my A3000 charged just fine (although it seemed to take a bit longer ?!)
