Removing "Store Display Mode" from my Bravia

Hi All, please help if you can. I have a Sony KDL - 32V5500 which I bought as an ex-display model. I have become infuriated at the reduced picture size (irrespective of screen format) which I believe is due to the "Store Display Mode" being on. I have fought through the manual and can't seem to change it. Can anyone please help me and tell me how to change it!?

Why on earth would the Store Display mode be anything less than the very best picture available? Sounds like we have a miscommunication here. I would think you need to turn on "Scaling" or something like that.
