VGN-FZ Bios Needed

Hi,

I am wondering if anybody has a link for a bios update for my Vaio VGN-FZ4000. I have looked all over the sony website for an update (I am running Windows 7 64-bit). I have a bios-level virus and I don't want to lose my laptop. Any bios file for a VGN-FZ series ought to work. 

Please post if you have the relevant file or link.

The latest BIOS for the Sony VAIO VGN-FZ series is R1120J7 which can be downloaded here

you can flash this with Winphlash which can be found on wim's bios website at

https://www.wimsbios.com/phoenixflasher.jsp#gsc.tab=0 (scroll down and find Winphlash)

Very kind of you but I think 6 years later this guy is probably long gone. He only ever came to the site in 2019.
