I have a Sony Vaio SVE15115FXS laptop i love it this is my second Vaio SVE series and i have a problem i can't control the brightness with the keyboard key like im supposed to and i have gone in power options and not there either, I have watched a Video on you tube from Sony saying there is an application called event service manager that controls this well i don't see that in services or in msconfig so anybody have any idea how to fix this i would appreciate any kind of help.I have looked and downloaded any and all drivers for windows 7 , 8 , 8.1 and 10 none of them seem to have the right software for this, I thought it wuld be in the chipset but i have installed that with no success .
