VAIO Windows 7 reinstallation without CD ?

Hello,

I have a VAIO VPCEB1E1E with Windows 7 Home Prem OA pre-installed. I still have the product key but no more the CD. I have Ubuntu partition on all Windows and restore partitions.

I want to reinstall Windows 7 to give my PC to a friend who doesn't want to use Linux. How can I do to reinstall Windows 7 ?

Not going to happen, per se.We do not have Vaio software resources here, at all.

You should be able to get a license for 7 Pro somewhere, do him a favour rather than hamstringing him with Home Premium.

The above article suggests how to add in the specific Sony drivers after a generic Microsoft install.
