Well, I have a Japanese PS3, and you can read atrac files (DRM or not) from you Walkman by plugging it through USB. The device will be displayed as an Atrac player, and the list of your player will appear by selecting it (with the CD covers in case you use a S series, maybe A too, I have to check someday...). But you can't import your tracks yet from your walkman. You can import a CD in MP3 WMA or ATrac directly on the PS3 HDD. But the CD covers won't be automaticly downloaded. It's still a bit clunky...

Also, it's extremely pushy and long to use a walkman on PS3. Tracks make a long time to be displayed, and to be read by the console.

Everything should be fixed in future updates I guess. Then I also can imagine Connect Store will be available for PS3.
