Hey hey. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with sony, their products and extended warranty? specifically in north america or better yet in canada? as well more specifically, with mp3 players or audio/video equipment.
the sony dude told me, if the product breaks, just bring it in, no questions asked we will give you a new one and if that model is not available, you will get the new model. true or false?
