Question

Just jumped on the bandwagon and after following this forum for a few weeks went and bought one of eBay. Went for the nwa808. Was wandering how much content currently you have filled up on your players, songs, videos etc. Would give me a rough idea on how much these babies can hold. Thanks.

I have an A806, 4 gig. I have had it since Thursday and so far only have 84 tracks on it at 192 kbps Atrac3plus. I think I have used just over 1 gig. No video content and probably won't use it for that. It's a nice touch though.

Not bad, Im sorting my library out on sonicstage so once I get the player I can transfer over, getting the grips on SS, coming from an Itunes users and drag and drop, just gotta get use to the dynamic playlists etc albums is not an issue.

I have a combination of podcasts, music, videos and pictures. One video at 102 minutes is about 685 MB, the other 3 videos are about 4 minutes in total. The music files at 96kbp are about 258 files. However, I use lower bit rates than ANGRYBADGER for my music files. The total used is about 3.5 GB but is very deceptive, since under 1.5 GB is used for music.

Total 823 audio files.

It all depends on what you want to use it for. However, 4-8GB seems to be the sweet spot.

Thats reasonable, Ive been playing around with videos to see file sizez, file size depends on the quality Ive used etc. My main use will be with music so I reckon I can get near 1200ish on lame 3.72 v2, and a few music videos/episodes.
