0 SimKill
dude...if u use sonicstage 4.2 or 4.3 there is no point in backing up ur OMGAUDIO folder, coz when I tried (A608, E005, PSP-1000) it gave me "DRM error"

0 RADiuMOz
I forgot to follow those steps, and just ran SWEx It transferred an mp3, but converted to OMG. Played fine, though. Does following the above steps, mean that the file will remain in mp3 format? I'd like to find out before I try (and possibly nuke something )
0 mondo
I couldn't get this to work. I followed the steps but when I dragged and dropped nothing happened. I think there might also be a typo in the first post, there is no NWEx.exe
0 pomj
I forgot to follow those steps, and just ran SWEx It transferred an mp3, but converted to OMG. Played fine, though. Does following the above steps, mean that the file will remain in mp3 format? I'd like to find out before I try (and possibly nuke something )I tested it on my nw-a808 and it uploaded and played fine. It puts the files in a OMA wrapper but changes it back again when you save to harddisk. After running it the player is in simple mode and any playlists on the player are reset. SS crashed after running this so you can not run them in cooperation, you have to choose.
0 RADiuMOz
I'm happy to not run SS

Hi!
I just want to tell you, that SWEx works with my NW-S706. Ive uploaded some mp3s (about 40) and the player plays them fine.
Before you begin you should backup your OMGAUDIO Folder!
Here ist what ive done:
- get SWEx here http://www.atraclife.com/forums/index.php?...post&id=668
- initialise the player (using the player not sonicstage!)
- create "OMGAUDIO" folder on the player
- copy SWEx to the player /OMGAUDIO
- create a file called "nocode.txt" and "04CNTINF.DAT" in /OMGAUDIO
Now you can start with transfer MP3 Files dragNdrop by just start NWEx.exe.
A big thanks to Juppe, who developed this software
