sifun
If i display an album say like a soundtrack in my search query in sonicstage with multiple artists, the album comes up with 1 track in them for each artist on the album, even though the album is the same name..Is there a fix to display it so that the album is listed properly? Richard
Set the "'Compilation Album"' property for the album to be checked and if you then check the options under the properties of each track to be "Tracks In The Compilation Album" this should move them to the same album. sifun
thanks for the reply! what a ball breaker this sonicstage software is! I mean if the album name is exactly the same, i'd think they would automatically assume its a compilation.Bah. Wheres the suggestion box at sony. Wheres the suggestion box at sony.It all depends on what assumption you want the software to make. It is possible to have two albums of the same name from two or more different artists. Whereas this are totally different albums and not compilation. I strongly believe this is why SonicStage includes the compilation check box.
