that means i can listen to the music right now, cause, the battery is almost full. but i can not connect it to my pc. so that means if my bettary goes down, i can not recharge it. please help me.

That is kind of good news. So your player still works, but is not recognized by Windows. Have you tried turning off/on your computer.

Connect the unit to the computer, then go check Device Manager, see if theres any yellow exclamation mark somewhere related to USB or Sony mp3 player.

If there is, try to reinstall the drivers or something.

ya, so many times i restarted my computer. but nothing changed. and, in device manager, i can not find any yellow question mark icon, neither in usb section too. actually, the player must have to show a charge icon when i connect it to usb port right, windows recognized is another matter. but the player is not charing. i mean not showing a icon. but i can sence the current if i touch the body when i connect it to the usb port. and strange matter is, somehow the player is charing, when i disconnect it from pc, i saw bettary increase. what should i do now?

You say that the battery isn't charging and the PC doesn't see the device. You clearly have a connection issue either with the USB port on the PC or the WM port on your Walkman. Try plugging the device into another PC to see if the Battery icon indicates a the device is charging.....
