0 themadcow
kodigo,I have an NWZ-A816 and tried to enter service mode as described on the screen you provided but it didn't work. the unit doesn't reboot. There is a warning about the voltage. Does that mean it won't work unless the player is fully charged or is it just a recommendation ?Or maybe I'm doing it wrong...the way I understand it :- switch on device- go to home menu- set hold switch on- press "option" key and do the following combination while pression "option" key : up - right - down - left - up - play - up - left - down - right - play- a color bar is supposed to appear on the screen- set hold switch off- unit is supposed to reboot- press "back" key to enter service modeis that right ?
