Has anyone managed to transfer an iTunes video to the 808?

Hi everyone

I have been discussing this with Juli ( thanks for the advice) and was wondering if anyone has been sucessful in doing this. I have two music videos that I purchased from Itunes that I'd like on my 808. They are in MPEG format, which the 808 supports, but it keeps coming up with 'This format is not support" I take it that, as Juli has mentioned, that as the video clips are not DRM free, this could be the problem. I apologise if this has been covered before. Cheers!

You're welcome, shame though that both our brains combined to make less than half a brain in this instance

Well, I bought Amy Winehouse's "Rehab" video on iTunes assuming (I don't know why) that I could watch it on my A806. Of course it would not convert due to DRM. I searched around and found this program Tunebite. It is considered "legal" because it records the video while playing it on your computer. Works no problem.

So now I have AVS Video Converter to change video files to a format that Image Converter will transfer to my A806. I also have AVS DVD to go to convert movies on DVD to a format for my A806. Then I got Replay Media Catcher to grab YouTube and other imbedded videos. I've learned a lot trying to get videos onto my A806!!

Tunebite: I remember downloading this a while ago when I wanted to download some clips from youtube. But during the setup instructions I had to agree to certain changes being made to the soundcard properties (or something similar?) - and after I'd installed it, it seemed to take charge of, and associate itself with all my audio files. And there seemed to be no option to allow the previous configuration to be set. And I didn't manage to download any of the youtube clips either. . .

No but I may have been using a more recent version of Tunebite. I do recall it being a bit "aggressive" (including some kind of scary waiver or legal form) during the installation. Make sure you set a restore point in Windows before installing!
