edgeman
Overall, which is better. I currently have the MZN-505, but I still have time to return it. I'm upset that the Open MG software allows you to download copyrighted music and transfer it between the MD player and PC, but it will not let you upload any original music you produce from the MD player to the PC without making the sound horrible going through analog. Does Sharp have similar software? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! 8)
GD|eNSo
Im not sure of the software, but I can confirm that the same upload restriction as Sony's units apply.
Mystyler
The MT99 doesn't even have NetMD, so in this case the N505 is your only choice.
Leland
I believe the Sharp units that DO have NetMD use the Sony OpenMG Jukebox software. Check the minidisc.org equipment browser.
