Sony's never going down. People seem to forget that Sony has many more areas than just Walkmans and Playstations. They have electronics, movies(Sony Pictures Entertainment), music (Sony BMG Music Entertainment), communications(Sony Ericsson), and finance solutions. Sony is worth tens of billions. Its one of the largest corporations in the world. Their not going down just because some people are not buying some mp3 players.

Thats pretty cool, can't wait for people to start getting electrocuted. Probably won't happen though. Next they will be sending signals directly to our brain, who need the middle man. I'm looking at you ears.

I really don't care about formats, to me it doesn't matter, only what's suitable. I use ATRAC, because it seems to give my NWA better battery life. Personally i didnt really care about gapless playback, in fact i didn't know it was a ATRAC "exclusive" until a few minutes ago. So I don't know what the fuss is about. At the end of the day, Sony , one of the largest coperations in the world, will still be standing, and I predict that they will still sell walkmans.

I find that the volume on the nwe is really excessive. I usually listen to it at 10-11 and anything more hurts my ears. I use md-33s so i may be the phones, or maybe i just have sensitive ears. Anyways, i dont see a need for a volume hack.

I was looking to upgrade my phones with the Christmas money i'm getting. I was thinking of buying either the ER6i or the super.fi 3. I'm leaning towards the ERs but i just wanted to make sure about my choice. I was planning of buying them on ebay, because they sell it for $100 cheaper than in any stores, but i wanted to know if there was a possibility that they are fake. The only thing my Sony has over my friends mp3s is the battery life. Sony should work hard on this cos, the competition are passing them.
