  1. So you're saying you can load 320kbps ATRAC3plus files on your HD3?
  2. Try turning it off temporarily, open SB, and see if it works. If so, turn the firewall back on and mess with the settings.
  3. Flight Plan and The Corpse Bride.
  4. As discussed here, the forum is now at v2.1.1. The Gallery was updated to v2.0.1 about five minutes ago and should no longer have any problems displaying contents within an album.
  5. If you PM me the domain I'll add it to the allowed list. Treat my forum well (as you currently do) and you get the red carpet. This is semi-unrelated, but do you have Quicktime? When I click on "Click here to download this recording!" in the Gallery it will only play a small portion of the mp3 in the browser whereas it would play everything before. I refresh and it will have a larger clip of the file, but not all of it. Sometimes I get the whole file. It's weird.
  6. Thanks -- I've fixed the link bug. atrain, I'll see if I can make it look a little more appealing (at least the left side), but it'll probably stick.
  7. The Gallery is now active. There are quite a few bugs that still remain within but it is generally useable. Please post any issues that you come across here.
  8. Hi, you may notice that the banner upstairs has changed. I felt that ATRAC Network was too restrictive in it's focus/name and I decided it would be more effective with this name -- 'Sony Voice' represents a popular voice of Sony products and should be regarded as a definitive resource for whatever Sony device/format/etc each website adheres to.
  9. This bug has been fixed for the standard editor, but still exists in the RTE. Working on it.
  10. It's almost here -- please just be patient. I pay for all of this out of my own pocket (that you guys are utilizing for free, with exceptional quality uploads of course), so I'm just as frustrated as you are because I want the community to have this ASAP. The only real issue with Gallery v2 is that it's not displaying all of the files within an album, but everything else works as it should. We've begun the process of breaking down the Member's Gallery and moving albums from that area to the organized structure that was created: Personal Pictures Live Recording Archive - Theatre + Spoken Word - Ambient - Urban - Music - Misc. Sonicstage Backgrounds Equipment Pictures - Hi-MD Equipment - MD Equipment - Minidiscs - 'phones - A/V Equipment You can clearly see it's not in our control and according to an associate within Invision said a fix will put forth today or tomorrow. As for the code issue, Invision 2.1.1 should've fixed that. It should be an easy fix, and I'll have them fix it today.
  11. Happy birthday, indeego! Your a true asset to the community and I wish you all the best. MD would definitely not be the same without you.
  12. I can confirm this. Moved to 2005 News.
  13. It looks like the Gallery will be live on September 22nd, as there are a few issues with the formatting due to the code -- this is Invision's problem, not ours. There's a ton of posts about it at their company forum..pretty absurd.
  14. Thank you, these suggestions are excellent. Anyone else? It would help out greatly. And yes, the old Gallery was indeed annoying. Lets hope v2 works out a little better.
  15. I'm dissolving the Member's Gallery within the Gallery and obviously, our current listing of Personal Pictures, Live Recordings, and Sonicstage Backgrounds will not be sufficent to replace such. What I propose is: Disc Pictures Equipment Pictures (subcatagories - what kind?) Live Recordings (subcatagories - what kind?) Personal Pictures Sonicstage Backgrounds What other catagories should we add?
  16. The Gallery will be live in less than 6 hours.
  17. There is currently no software that can do this.
  18. Hi. Discussion relevant to non-Minidisc ATRAC devices should carry on at ATRACLife Colloquium.
  19. State your system specs according to the rules.
  20. It's not too terribly surprising, as this unit has very little features and is nothing more than a pure budget model. As Hi-MD blossoms, NetMD prices will continue to fall.
  21. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your kind words as it's embarassing to be an Owner of a forum and have it down for so long. When running a website such as MDCF, it's like flying a plane -- usually smooth sailing at all times, but when your going down there's little you can do to stop the crash other than attempt the best landing possible. I wish that there was something atrain or anyone else could've done to help, but things are so esoteric here I think that even the most experienced individual would be scratching their head at what occured. I can definitely assure you that we will not face such a severe loss again, as the only reason we had to rely on a super old backup was due to one of us not changing the password within the cron job that backs up the SQL tables after that date -- I had been hacked around that time as well (nothing related to the downtime). greenmachine, the new Gallery is much nicer. I had a chance to play with it the other day and the improvements will allow me to bring more focus to it (e.g. removing Member's Galleries and having specific ones, etc).
