hey all, i was just wondering if we have any mountain bike street riders in the forums?

aaaah nvm, i guess since i just got my d66's ill do something else with my money (besides save it ). it sounds like i blow money fast....... and i do. . but hey, not everything people want are generally inexpensive. i might just get the Zen Micro or a new speaker package. my altec lansing's are getting old and tired of abuse.

it really depends for me. i might be really lazy to read something one day and go nuts and answer or help like 20 threads the next.

I want to hear which headphones you guys think are good. good as in: good bass, clear treble, comfort etc. i want to hear your reasons al well. i am not going to buy a pair soon but its always nice to have some refrence.

does anybody know how to actually open up the ipod's HD in order to access its space for storage? i have a lot of written document i would like to take with me back and forth.

Hi-Md is only 1.1 connection!?!? For it to be able to hold as many songs as it does, you'd think it could do 2.0! 1. i also think that, Md's, CD players, Mp3 player's were all designed and built to fullfill their own purpose, and eventually fall into the hands of a person craving its qualities. 2. i would never take my ipod to the beach, regardless of the price of the player or build quality. im very cautious. edit: just think of LCD screen scratches..... and on the ipod? that would destroy the look. 3. Skyther is right about the mirror thingy for itunes, if you dont have the original file on the program, then you cant really do anything with it other than keep it in the same place on the list and listen to it through your ipod. 4. aeriyn, i just gave my apple buds to my sister (she llooooooves them ) 5. if it plays, sounds good, and wont fall apart, then its all good!

ic, i was just wonderin becuz some really expensive headphones had non plated jacks and i started to wonder why.

if im mistaken, we have talked about this before and i think it may be a bit difficult to do something like this.

i didnt have that kind of money then. so i think ill stick with my ex's. :whistle:

so if you used non plated, would it ruin your ports on your portables?

everything accept for reading the screen. :grin: well probably just be able to navigate while its in your pocket. but thats if you dont want to read off the tiny screen.

nah mine are black... i didnt even know there were white ones! :happy: i only got them because my cousins had them for his N10. but he had the higher model, and i guess the only reason i like them is because they are the only in-ear buds ive ever tried and they do the trick for me (well almost). :grin:
