There were a load of factory rejects of this MP3 player on eBay, my brother bought 3, one for mum, one for me and one for him. Mum's was built all back to front and the screen didn't work on mine! And if they were bought out which company would continue to use the Packard Bell name which has a terrible reputation? LOL.Anyway the 16 colour LCD backlight is no big deal, I'm sure you can find many devices with this. Colour change backlights have been on car head units and cellphones (older ones since they're all real-colour now pretty much) for several years. I dunno, how many people have bought a RH-10 for 100$ more than a RH-910 just for the OLED screen? Hunh? How many? HeheI'm guilty Have different screen saver animations like those little perfume-bottle ATRAC flash players. A fireplace for when you picked red, bubbles for blue.Or have the whole case in a multi-colored OLED screen like those on-off tinted windows.
