I have a MZ-NH1 and currently I'm chargeing it!

It use to say 60min charging time but curently as I'm looking at it is says CHG:69min

Does annyone know why this is?

Is it anything to do with the fact my bedroom is reasonably cold at the momment... (The heating has just kicked in)

Thanks for your help...

It may be that it just needs a couple of miniutes to read the status of the battery - same as on the remote when it says "Measuring".

Note that a full charge for the NH1 is around 3 hrs. The light goes off after the first hour (when it reaches about 80% capacity), I usually then leave mine for another 2 or 2 1/2.

As said above, 80% charge is 60 mins.

I leave mine on charge overnight so that it is fully charge for the morning as you can never know when its fully charged and it is not possible to overcharge the battery as the charging circuit disconnects it when its 100% full.

If you are not going to use it for a while, charge it till the light goes out (80%) and then store the battery out of the unit somewhere cool.

Yeh, I know! But It said CHG:69min It has never done that before...

Do you know why this is?

It isn't broken is it?

You didn't read Richyhu's response I gather. Try reading it again. The initial charging figure isn't necessarily accurate until a little further into the charging process. If you are getting the 69 mins figure initially, well that's what it's estimated.

Trust us mate, you've got more things to worry about than an extra 9 mins charging time. Relax. If it were broken, you'd know about it.
