What colour is it ?Actually when it comes to MD players, I'm quite a fickle flirt Plus I don't post at this board anywhere near as often as I do the T-board, so please forgive (or be happy?)... at any rate, the RH10 is actually my most used player, but recently I've fallen in love w/ my ol' NH900 again, believe it or not.However, I'm putting together a BLACK arsenal of MD players, with my RH10, EH1, soon-to-get black NH900, and now this DH10P (also BLACK). Unfortunately the black NH900 seemed only available when the HiMDs were first released and quickly sold out. Actually I quite like the look of the "grey" NH900 (prototype?) in the Minidisc.org browser section.However I do have a black Canadian DH710 which looks great so I do have some colour affinity. Um... no, not really.Technically I'll have 3 main units, so here's the explanation:DH710 - I bought for my wife, and she eventually didn't use it so it is the official kitchen player.NH900 (1st unit, silver) - Has taken a beating, but still works - and will be my official downloader by the computer.NH900 (2nd unit, silver) - This I ordered from Ebay recently for like $150. It is a new NH900 for me to use more carefully than my first, and an important unit to have as they are becoming more and more extinct.NH900 (3rd unit, black) - Look, if you don't understand how important a cool color for a unit is, I shouldn't waste time trying to explain this to you. But I simply want a black NH900 because it's so darn cool, and now wanted it even more because it is so darn RARE.EH1 (black)- I'm actually going to be selling this, as since I'm not a remote user, this is really just a 'wow' unit to look at and to show people, but just not practical for me.RH10 (1st unit, black) - I killed it... dropped too many times, it works if left very still on a tabletop, but I'm putting it away for parts.RH10 (2nd unit, black) - I used it for about an hour, then decided I wanted to get a DH10P, which basically is an upgrade, in my opinion, so I'm selling this to help fund the DH10P.DH10P (black) - Got it in the mail yesterday, it is DEFECTIVE... waiting on AudioCubes to write me back about returning it.DH10P (silver) - I might order this if AC takes my black one back... it's half the cost.The units in bold are the ones I'll be using mostly. Still think it's overkill? When I see these units dropping like flies off web store sales, I feel like I need to get them while I CAN.
