freddyjollo
Its worth subscribing to your local freebie network. In the Uk this will start you off - http://www.freecycle.org/ surprising amount of strange stuff that people try to get rid off. But it is also some times minidisc Today I got 15 mindiscs for free from some one just down the road from me. well it all helps!

Arr-Nine-Hundred
Good one freddy, well done. Can you post a photo of the watercolour discs? They sound lovely. I tried posting to my local Freecycle group but... nothing, nada, zip. Not a sausage. Not many MD users among we "country bumpkins" here in Hampshire. I might try the one local to Slough/Berkshire as I'm there once a month :-)
MewMewMDSam
I might be interested in buying MD things. I still use minidisc.

Azureal
I absolutely love those TDK color disks, and as Marlene notes, they seem to be really well made. Sounds like you got the best price too freddy!
sfbp
Third that. There was an outfit in the UK (Babz media) that had thousands of them, too. So you should be able to keep buying them. I don't see them on Ebay at the moment but there's no way they got rid of all those. This might be it: but they say "temporarily unavailable). http://www.officehero.co.uk/shop/pid_22013/TDK-Mini-Disk-80-minutes-Pack-of-10-Assorted-Colours-t17617.aspx Some here too, but a little more money: http://www.cityofficestationery.co.uk/view/1/38698/TDK17617/TDK-Mini-Disk-80min-Pk10-Ast--t17617.html
