7thPeer
I have a '12 VW Passat and I would like to get a connector cable so that I can plug my player into the aux jack located inside the armrest. Question; what size is the connector and what else would I need to plug the mini disc player into the car? Thanks. 7thP
PhilippeC
At least one meter, minijack to minjack cable.
7thPeer
What size are the ends? I can only find cables with 3.5 size ends, those will do for any apple product but will they work for one of our players?

Jimma
You want a 3.5mm jack at each end. You can pick these up extremely cheaply from places like ebay. The cables you have seen that will work with Apple products will work just fine with MiniDisc:)

Jimma
All portable Walkman type MiniDisc units have 3.5mm stero jack outputs for either headphone, line out or both. The ipod's headphone socket is exactly the same. A cable such as this will do the job fine. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/3-5mm-jack-to-3-5mm-jack-Gold-with-1-5m-Cable-Audio-/261189727249?pt=UK_CE_MP3Access_RL&hash=item3cd01ef411
Azureal
They are so common anymore, we can pick them up at the local grocer or drug store.
