gp1138
Just picked up an MZ-RH10 with 10 discs for $200 -- couldn't pass that up. I was hoping to get an RH1 for that price but I saw this one pop up and could not resist. I see that the MZ-M200 can transfer PCM via USB... is there some way to modify this unit to do so? Or am I SOL in that respect? Any other cool hacks for it? Thanks!
Silly French
MZ-M200 and MZ-RH10 are the same machine. The first includes the Apple Mac program to transfer between Mac and Minidisc. You just need to install SonicStage onto your computer to transfer PCM to your Minidisc
MDX-400
The RH10 is not the same as an M200, it's the same as an M100. I'm pretty sure PCM transfers work on any HiMD unit though no? The only thing that makes the RH1 special (in this regard) is that it can upload "classic" (MD-SP) recordings to the computer.
Silly French
You're right MDX-400 Any Hi-MD can receive PCM if the MD is formated in Hi-MD.
