Quintastraphie
Does anyone have a comfortable set of earbuds that they recommend? Mid priced, and durablility would be nice. (Do not need volume controller or noise cancelling)

stevo
http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t=4020 check out above. i was looking for new buds too recently. the sennheiser mx400's are good - as good as anything else without spending a fortune. once they break in and you put the little foam pads on them they are brill. Superbaldguy
The EX71's are very comfortable, maybe the best I've ever in that regard, and sound quite decent.
stevo
hI i have lost both of the foam pads for MY sennheiser mx-400's and now the buds dont fit so well plus bass is definitely down a bit. anyone know any solutions? was going to superglue some material to the buds to create the same effect but it would ruin them especially if it doesnt work. skyther
I didn't think superglue would be sonically transparent Can't you find replacement foamies somewhere? Even here in 'Deadsville', erm, I meant Perth, I could get a pack of 8 for less than 2 bucks.
KJ_Palmer
stevo, yes replacement foam pads for the senns should be quite easily available - I get mine from HMV record stores over here: 6 for £1. I'm certain you could find some too from that or audio shops - they're just regular small foamies you're looking for... I just wouldn't advise you do the superglue thing... sony_man
Ive heard that Radio Shack has a variety pack with silicone and regular pads. They say they are for panasonic though, but they are for ear buds.
