Definitely a new generation, and it's very unlikely that 1st/2nd generation will be able to facilitate them.

Why is it sad to see this here, Sparky191? What problem have you with free speech? If you can't handle a discussion with two sides to the issue then there's no need for the comments. My opinion may seem a bit dated, but it's been a while since I lived in Ireland and my thoughts and feelings towards the matter are largely based off my Father's opinion of the subject. I realized they are biased sentiments. As you can see, Rirsa was able to carry on with me and not be so overly critical, so please try and be a little more fair in your words. There isn't any credibility with any of the parties involved; it's all nonsensical. I hope you guys don't think I'm trying to be a martyr, but surely you must value such an opinion from someone who has conversed with one from the front lines of the matter - I never see these kind of conversations or rhetoric anywhere. Is it too taboo for the Internet, in your opinion, or do you honestly feel I cite hogwash?

Thanks for being the first one to review this unit on the board, and I assume, the 'net! Excellent write-up and pictures. Did you have a selection of other colors before purchasing? -

From CNN: So, what do you think is a favorable site design? What colors appeal to you? What styles?

Whilst OLED technology is still somewhat in it's infancy, you can be rest assured that the power consumption of the RH10's OLED screen is barely more than the standard display on the RH910. Remember, he power consumption of OLED displays depends entirely on what is being displayed, and with the RH10 only displaying one color it's not really that obtrusive.

Yeah, it's pretty much a patient wait until something pops up on AV Watch or some other Japanese blog; rest assured if any information is found it will be posted here immediately. Usual Sony product releases are in Spring and Fall, but as Leon noted the HD3 was random in it's debut, so who knows. I think Sony really hit a home run with the HD5, so they're probably not rushing to nullify it yet.

Please tell us what they believe the resolution was. Great recording by the by, I'm sure that this and MDX's answer will help someone in the future for sure.
-
Yes, as Syrius's chronic vice-induced expulsion has hinted, Hi-MD renderer should be able to convert all of these files to MP3, FLAC, OGG, etc.
-
Haha, that's awesome. Please do tell us how your pet is doing..you better keep it healthy! Does it work with all MD portables?

Rich's MZ-DH10P Pictorial & Review
Christopher replied to Richard's topic in Product Reviews/Pictorials
These are some of the best pictures of the MZ-DH10P I've seen anywhere. We've got a pictorial of the silver, black..we just need the red. Thanks for your contribution! -

Yes, but it is not as popular as hard disc players. Do you have any real interest in recording? For playback only purposes, it is hard to justify MD. Definitely.
-
Perhaps you could give us some pictorials/reviews of the other units you own, as if I recall correctly you own quite a bit!

I have condensed the 2005 News topics from 1-6/7-12 into one forum. I'm not sure why I split it in the first place.

This would be a good place to purchase it, and with their locale being in NY, you'd get it pretty damn quick. http://www.etronics.com/product.asp?stk_code=sonmzrh10

What about the JET/MDAC utility?
-
You may want to run the MDAC/JET database utility we have in the downloads section. It will tell you what the most recent version of each is and also tell you what version you have. If you have a lesser amount, then update it. You can also repair JET/MDAC with this utility. Also, what version of DirectX do you have?

You can record in MD mode only when the unit is connected to the computer. It can only record in Hi-MD mode when recording without a computer connection, e.g. live recording, optical/analog recordings.

One of my favorite sites in the world, heavy.com, is offering some free media content for your memorystick that has been optimized for PSP viewing. Check it out here: http://www.heavy.com/index.php?channel=heavy2go You will need Macromedia Flash installed to obtain access to the content..

Reinstall via the directions in the FAQ and install Sonicstage 3.2. Make sure that unit is unplugged whilst uninstall/reinstall. State your system specs according to the rules, as well.
