i'm afraid your md player only records in real time. the usb thing offers a digital signal. sonicstage software will only run on netmd & himd models prefixed N,M,RH & D prefixes 'R' are for real time only recording models.

okay but don't burn them as atrac audio files pug. for oma backups do it as plain data files through nero or whatever else you use. atrac cds are really only for use in atrac cd players, a somewhat dying breed.

that out side 'sleeve' is for the remote functions, like the 'wafer' thing on the side of sony remote ports. i'm scanning it for you now.

maybe make sure you've got port 888 open in your firewall? or if there's a proxy at your work try adding the proxy servers details into sonicstage rather than using the default 'web browser' setting

it is a charming song. it's a bit of a standard for cabaret/lounge singers too.

did you get the cradle? i had one for ages until my sister dropped it. the remote is also a little fragile compared to sony & sharps. what do you think of the sound stage? it took me some getting used to but i did like it.

that's a fair point. the fact most of the users are regarding formatting as the process himd/ss uses to make it mass storage & atrac3+ compliant rather than to format in the traditional pc manner. they do both clear all data of the disc though.
