you need to make sure they don't have DRM on the file. choose the track/s in sonicstage & reconvert them to the bitrate & format they are allready in. make sure the tick box for drm reflects what you'd like. after this process you can search [windows desktop -> F3 -> *.oma] then move the files you want manually. otherwise please update to SS3.3 - it seems to have no drm unless specified.

i've decided not to use it. i'm currently re-ripping my library in sonicstage & have gone mostly with 192 for the hip hop & 256 for the soul/folk/classic rock & classical. for portable rather than home use it seems a little ott.

what's the mem usage of all that running rule? does the effects slowdown when you're multi-tasking?

i really like 3.3. unlike most people i've never liked & had serious errors with itunes as a transfer ap & i'm from a prejukebox school of computing, so tunes, SS et al are only for transferring not for casual listening. 3.3 seems smooth, easy to use & the new better intergrated cddb javascript picture feature is awesome
