  1. Mine looks like new. I can't really discern if it was used. Anyway, they are aslo 1350mAh. Well, for $23.45 including fast shipping, this is a deal that I can't just pass.
  2. Most definitely. Aesthetically, the renault is much better than the rooq. It's subtle and classy.
  3. The problem you guys experience seems to relate to the "omgjbox.exe" issue. I know most of you have WinXP SP2. Regardless, try installing the MS04-032 Security Update for Windows. In addition, check both the version of your OpenMG Limited Patch and OpenMG Secure Module. The current version for OpenMG Limited Patch is 4.0-04-11-28-01 and OpenMG Secure Module is 4.0.0.5. If you have done the above and it is still not resolved, try and uninstall any new NVIDIA drivers, which you have recently installed. Newer NVIDIA drivers are known to cause problems.
  4. If we must choose, the Creamcycle Bluberry theme is a good alternative to the Renault fluid. By the way, aren't we using Renault fluid at the moment?
  5. Just received the NH-14WM batteries today. The batteries are in its original casing but not in its original paper package. Overall, they do look brand new and I am quite impressed with the fast shipping provided by Electronic Goldmine. $23.45 including shipping for five pieces of NH-14WM is the best deal thus far for these batteries.
  6. I've been anticipating the release of Microsoft's Antispyware utility since last December. Well, I guess the beta version will have to do for now. I will give it a try.
  7. I assume you have yet to update your WinXP with SP2 since you've encountered the Omgjbox.exe issue. Assuming you have SonicStage 2.3, you should either update to SP2 as SonicStage 2.3 works best with SP2 or download the following MS04-032 Security Update for Windows (KB840987) to resolve the OpenMG issue. In the future, do make full use of the "search" utility as there's immense wealth of information within this forum. Good Luck.
  8. I have about a dozen thus far. It's bliss recording in PCM or HiSP. Being a MD media collector, I am more excited for future TDK or AXIA HiMD disc release.
  9. I have a “modded” T616 --> T630 and I highly recommend the T630. It has more than enough features to meet your daily mobile needs. The BT feature itself is its strength - I often use it with the UX50 [Clie] and PCG-TR5 [notebook]. In addition, you can couple the phone with a nice BT headset.
  10. I've used the T616 (mod to T630) daily before upgrading to the P910. It's definitely a great phone; lots of features and it's definitely a worthwhile phone once you update its firmware. By the way, you can view my T630 housing update here. Nismo, you will need to overhaul your entire T610 housing with the T630 and flash it with the T630 firmware should you decide to proceed with the T630 TFT screen. [i bet you know this already] Enjoy the phone!
  11. This is a very interesting article. I will definitely need to reconsider taking my VAIO Pocket to high elevation areas. You will be surprised by the demographics of iPod users in extreme sports.
  12. I got the call as well to verify shipping address. Well, hoping to see them next week.
  13. LOL... just ate five pieces. edit: I sure hope they will arrive brand new ... still sealed in its original package.
  14. Wow.... me like it! Beautiful industrial design there...
  15. I can relate to your predicament. I have over 500 minidiscs and finding the ideal storage medium can be difficult. At first I employ IKEA's Moppe drawers, but soon find that treating/applying varnish to finish the wood is somewhat tedious for the amount of shelves required for my collection. Thus, I found an easier solution - I currently employ Hold Everything's book-cloth photo box. Since the book-cloth box is rather deep, you will have to store your MDs in two layers - one box will fit about 84 MDs. The book-cloth box is well made, classy, subtle and it sits neatly on your bookshelves. By the way, the book-cloth box comes in 4 colors - chocolate, khaki, red and orange.
  16. To enable multi-byte support, you will need to edit the following in your registry: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sony Corporation\OpenMG\PD\{F7D5CB7D-61E5-4258-AD3B-726DBAB5162C}] "UTOC4"=dword:00000003 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Sony Corporation\SonicStage\PD] "ShowTitleHalf"=dword:00000001
  17. You will need to install SonicStage 2.0 prior to 2.3. Upon installing SonicStage 2.0, you will then need to allow SonicStage 2.3 to uninstall 2.0 to conclude the installation.
  18. I read that tumor or cancerous cells may develop as a result of long term radiation emitting from the cell phone - especially with older cell phones where it usually emits radiation exceeding that 1.6W/kg guidelines. Better to be safe than sorry; and the Bluetooth headset is kind of convenient and stylish.
  19. Very well said. Generally, as dex Otaku has pointed out, most problems new users encountered with SonicStage is the lack of properly maintained OS coupled with reliable hardware and the lack of patience to search the forum's technical database. One can view the amount of identical threads arise recently dealing with just the same problem. People... please use the search option. There is immense information regarding most of your technical issues within this forum.
  20. Those radiation eventhough less than 1.6W/kg can still be nasty over the long term - thus, I employ a bluetooth headset as a precaution.
  21. A relatively cheaper version: MD-105FX(S) - 42,000 Yen or $404 that comes with the INTEC 205 HiFi System. The whole system still cost a whopping $2,000 ++
  22. I have to disagree with you. The 40ELK is a relatively easy to use remote; whether you have small or large hands or employing the remote with one or two hands.
