  1. According to RH10's specification sheet, the unit charges via USB.
  2. Most likely, the same remote [RM-MC35ELK/MC33EL] that comes bundled with RH10 and RH910.
  3. Your version of SonicStage 2.3 just lack the "CD-R Writing Module(Audio CD/ATRAC CD/MP3 CD.)" To install this module --> click and download the SonicStage® v2.3 Application Upgrade Installer. The SonicStage 2.3 Application Upgrade Installer should install the missing "CD-R Writing Module(Audio CD/ATRAC CD/MP3 CD." Enjoy.
  4. This is most brilliant! I would have to call home shortly to order either a black/blue version of RH10.
  5. Chris, thanks for the extensive update! The black version is gorgeous. In addition, the dimension of RH10 indicates that it is not significantly "thicker" than NH1; only by about 4 mm difference. [NH1 = 81.7W X 76.1H x 14.8D, RH10 = 80.2×84.1×18.9mm] The bundled remotes appear to be the older RM-MC35ELK. I wonder if this is tentative. Anyhow, I can always use RM-MC40ELK or attempt to couple it with the newer RM-MC55ELK. --> I assume this is the Japanese domestic release date and not applicable to North America?
  6. Good point. Well, we will soon know.
  7. CNET Asia states "Interface Type: USB 1.1, USB 2.0." I take this as an incorporation of USB 2.0?
  8. According to CNET Asia, the 2nd Gen. HiMD incorporates USB 2.0.
  9. Whooo! Brilliant! So, now it's official! Chris, do you have any extensive information regarding the remote for the RH10? Would it look anything like RM-MC40ELK?
  10. Tasogare seibei [Twilight Samurai].
  11. Your problem relates to the common "omgjbox.exe" issue. To resolve the problem, either upgrade your WinXP to SP2 if you have not done so or install the MS04-032 Security Update for Windows if you do not want to upgrade to SP2. Regardless, the windows patch will fix the "omgjbox.exe" issue.
  12. Sorry to deviate from the topic. How do you like M-Crew? I almost acquire MDS-PC3 awhile back, which would have operated under M-Crew.
  13. Just as the thread's topic description states: fancy a PDair NetMD/HiMD Leather case? I have a couple of PDair leather cases – for both my CLIEs and VAIO Pocket - and my experiences are good thus far. The quality of the leather is great and the stitching is superb. Unfortunately, they do not have leather cases for NetMD/HiMD units for now. However, the representative from PDair I have corresponded indicates that it will take only 2 to 6 weeks to release a new line of cases; provided there's enough request to do so. If you guys are interested, please visit their website and send them a request for NetMD/HiMD leather cases if you like what you see. Perhaps we can garner just enough demand to facilitate a production of new PDair NetMD/HiMD leather cases. Thanks in advance.
  14. I am sorry that the PA Driver from Sony's ftp site didn't work for you. As for Connect, the installer is the same link you click to upgrade SonicStage to version 2.3. Well, try this SonicStage® v2.3 Application Upgrade Installer instead. The SonicStage 2.3 Application Upgrade Installer may help reinstall the PA Driver while it checks for additional add-ons that maybe missing from your copy of SonicStage 2.3. Good luck with the fix.
  15. It appears to me that your copy of SonicStage 2.3 is missing the "CD-R Writing Module(Audio CD/ATRAC CD/MP3 CD) : latest version is 2.3.00.10260." That explains the missing Audio CD/ATRAC CD/MP3 CD tab from your SonicStage 2.3. Hence, you do not need to disable nor re-enable Windows imapi burning service. Try this instead --> click and download the SonicStage® v2.3 Application Upgrade Installer. The SonicStage 2.3 Application Upgrade Installer should install the missing "CD-R Writing Module(Audio CD/ATRAC CD/MP3 CD." Good luck with the fix.
  16. If you choose to download SonicStage 2.3 via www.connect.com, you will still get North America Connect regardless. To answer your question, you should not encounter any problem. In addition, you can actually edit your SonicStage registry to change the default Connect location you desire.
  17. It appears to me that you may need to reinstall SonicStage's Personal Audio Drivers. Go to Connect.com and reinstall by clicking the installer. It will detect what additional add-ons you may lack - perhaps it will reinstall the Personal Audio Drivers. Otherwise, download the Personal Audio Drivers here. Good luck with your update.
  18. I am afraid Connect Europe is part of the software and I do not think you can choose not to install it. You can just ignore it.
  19. Where is your location? If you are in Europe, you can download the full version of SonicStage 2.3 [EU] here [36.2 MB]. I believe this full version includes Connect Europe. If you care not for Connect and reside in North America or elsewhere, you can ignore the Music Service. Good luck with your update.
  20. Here are the printed labels as I have described above.
  21. I am not certain if this is how you discern the latest Personal Audio Drivers. Nevertheless, it should correspond with the latest OpenMG Secure Module. Therefore, in our case, the latest Personal Audio Drivers are as follows: MagicGate Memory Stick Device : 4.0.05.10290 NW-E2, NW-E3, NW-E5 and NW-E8P : 4.0.05.10290 OpenMG CD : 4.0.05.10290 CD Walkman : 4.0.05.10290 Hi-MD : 4.0.05.10290 Music Clip, NW-S4, NW-E7 and NW-E10 : 4.0.05.10290 HDWM : 4.0.05.10290 Net MD : 4.0.05.10290
  22. My printing method with MS Word is really somewhat "primitive." I first set the margin and print the disc title accordingly as a sample. Then align the original label onto the printed paper - you will have to align the original title label over the printed text; the area, which you want the text to appear. Once this is done, secure the original label with tiny scotch tape so that it does not move. Then reprint the disc title without changing any margin on MS Word. The disc title should then be printed neatly over the "secured" original label. You can use the same method for tracklisting as well. I know I can employ Neato labels but I prefer to use the original labels. This is indeed a tedious process - not many would fancy such "primitive" method - but it works for me. With a laserjet printer, all my MiniDisc, just over 500++ MiniDiscs spots neatly printed disc title and tracklisting. *I will include some pictures of the printed labels shortly.
  23. Welcome! To get the 1850 mAh gumstick battery, drop the author of this thread a pm. In addition, you can also visit his site and contact him directly.
  24. Yes, I do. I employ MS Word and original labels. It's like a ritual... all my MDs have printed labels.
