I think its the software... I hadn't ever had a problem with SonicStage 2.3. But the discs I use with 3.4 seem to end up currupt! thanks anyway!

From chargeing through a USB port? (I know its lower voltage...)

Thats neat... Could that be applyed to the MZ-NH1? (You should add a resistor to the circit to prevent damage to the player - From the 6 volts of the AA's to the 5Volts of a USB port!)

There isn't a way you could add an archive of previous versions of SonicStage somewhere... As I was looking for version 2.3 earlyer today? Ok, It would have to be made Verry clear that 3.4 (Or whatever in the future) is the latest... But Its a reasonably good Idea! Yup Whats Deal or No Deal?

I have the same problem as I had along time ago (with the same disc) It won't format... (A Hi-MD 1GB blue) It tells me to cos' it tells me to (in sonic stage and on the player) It says that is has been formated in another program but It hasn't it just got currupt! I tryed formating it in Sonicstage, Windows explorer and my MZ-NH1... None worked... Does this mean I have lost this disc? Or is there another way do do this? Please help...

I hadn't had a version of sonicstage (besides 3.4) since this computer was last formatted... Thanks 4 you're help... But next update of sonicStage or If I need to re format my computer I'll install 3.4! Lol I have only had the problems since I changed to 3.4... Thanks, But I'll be ok with 2.0 for now!

Well I'm staying with 2.0 until another version comes out... (It transfered it without a problem) Its not like me to use downgraded versions but I've now lost a Hi-MD disc to 3.4... It works fine with 2.0 (My MZ-NH1) I would like to use 3.4 but It dousn't like me at all... (I think 2.0 is LESS buggy) But anyway it works for me... Re-installing Windows dousn't seem that fun at this moment! lol Edit: Do you know where I can get 2.3?

Its bound to be annoying... otherwise it woulden't be that usefull for what it does... Plus its Microsoft, what els can you expect...

I have been trying to get some mp3's to my MZ-NH1 through sonicstage and the only MP3 codec I can find that allows it the the Mpeg Suite 2000 (DB poweramp). Lame encoder causes it to crash? Does anyone know what is its problem or is it just the encoder? Edit1: Now, when it converts to Hi-MD it won't play the tracks or they play nothng... Edit2: Now it says 'accsess error' when I plug the disc into my computer... I'm on the verge of ditching the Minidisc Format altogether Ok, enought with the edits lol, can someone help please? Edit3: I'm trying SonicStage 2.0 (Cos' that the only other version of it I have) So I'll report back if it works...

I wasn't jokeing... But I would move to a Mac as soon I could use My MZ-NH1 on one or if I got another MD plater that would work on a Mac... Linux, I wouldn't use as quickly, but its an option (a free one) I guess its just what people prefer...

Windows defender is compleatly useless.... It shows you the spyware but can't do anything about it (tryes to uninstall it but failes) Well atleast it does with mine... And when I swiched to spybot it found 1173... GRRR... (No cookies... Just adware, spyware...) - What on earth had I been dooin'? Its useless
