oops;; well i DO have a sort of portable DVD/recording set up i can take out on the road with my Sima;; but,, you're right;; my portable and your portable are miles apart..

i (rayzray) have eliminated my need for MD's to capture music;; i do it now with DVD Recorders;; the ONLY way to go.. only using MD standards for editing and not tooo much of it lately;; just like the Mustang Farm up da street here;; i have an MD-Farm in my Heaven.. my Hi-MD 900'zz are solely for music listening ;; NOT recording;; and ,, only when there is absolytely no onther music accesssable at the monent.. even the Hi-MD is not smart enough to get me the LATEST songs out there on it's own;; i would have to coax it..

i am listening to R&B Classic;; as i am recording on a DVD-RAMs and also recording R&B Hits on another DVD recorder;; to play at my daughter's party today.. i will play them on my Portable DVD playa (DVD-RAM,s) discs;; 4 hours each;; that should be enough.. i took a celebrium from listening to my Hi-MD units this week;;yes,, NO MD,s for the whole week!! just to prove that i can do it.. when i am out alone ;; i listen to da radio or hum some imrovs to myself;; some of my "hummms" are better than this sh*t they play on da radio (Goo Goo)..!!

Pinnacle Studio Ultimale 11;; it's great;; i even installed it myself,, but my students will be mad.. Having fun with it;; making al LOT of 20 song DVD/Videos;; now,, if i can figure out what to do with thie Modest Mouse live DVD i bought;; it seems to be "Out-of-Tune"..!! oh,, and;; now that i have THREE PC's in my studio;; and THREE "MICE" on my table!!!! wtf am i supposed to do!!!! like,, whick mouse does what?? which keyboard do i "Bang"!! whick one is on da internet?? is there a simpler solution.. yes;; my students set up my NEW PC;; but ; i (rayzray) re-set-uped the other two;; it mo' "Funner"..!!

more gear;; like buying all the time;; yes;; that was my "Business";; i was a musician and DJ;; i had to buy gear and electronic bling blings to write it off towards the income tax (Uncle Sam).. they were ALL "write offs".. i just ENJOYED doing it.. i like the Philanthrofist part though;; i never thought of myself as one.. a person that donates money (which i did little of that);; property,, (which i never owed );; and "WORK",, mmmm,, maybe that,, yes,, a lot of that and they left out "Love";; but then they would have had to add another page in the Dick-sion-aire to all that one important word.. Poloticians;; mmmm,, i hate them;; they used me for years as i used to play their fundraisers;; sphagggettii dinners;; and election nights;; and of course they used to use my mics to tald on the stage;; so as they were waiting for my to finish my last song;; they would be talking to each other candidly and un-officially standing next to me.. un-be-hold they didn't know i could hear all the crap and back-stabbing crap they were saying;; and also all the bull-sh*t that they WOULDN'T say in their speech.. i acquired an hatred for them and realized they are users.. that all i will way about them.. as far as having to do bigger and better things;; mmmm,, yes;; i was a scrawny runt as a kid TRYING to keep up in baseball and other sports;; and finally MADE it;; my coaches would scream at me IF i came in 2nd in track;; and make me sleep with the football if i fumbled;; and my accordion teacher would THROW his chair against the wall IF i played a wrong note;; i was programmed to be first all the time.. i certainly cannot say i am FIRST here on this forum;; just trying to keep up;; and understand the up coming technology which i try to avoid.. i am even pondering selling all my gear cause i have decided to permanently quit DJ'ing;; no need for it anymore.. well,, i should throw in da towel while i am still a little ahead;; and i guess this will be my last post on MDCF;; and tomorrow i will go out and buy me the BIGGEST beer (even though i don't drink) and celebrate the death of rayzray.. gee, that was a great nap!! i don't go anywhere without by BULKY remote hanging out of my body somewheres.. i did finally get the knack of finding an album without looking at it using the scroll wheel.. (since i can't seem to see the print).. (( i do carry a small magnifying glass IF i really want to read it))!!!! Lookin at it in sunlight seems to be the best way.. i am getting good at it;; wish they wudda put a "find the album" thinggy on it;; unless i missed it somewheres..
