I have been looking at the Sony MZ-RH10 but i am now put off because i will need to download to my computer and edit the sounds and also add some voice over.From what i can tell is the software will restrict and also what i have heard about Sony copyright software built in.Can anyone please tell what MD i should get, it must be high quailty recording in stereo.many thnaksMichael Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I have an NH900 with mic-in and have been making live music recordings in PCM mode (16 bit, stereo) with no problems. SonicStage 3.2 does not restrict in any way how you manage any recordings made from line-in or mic-in. You mean you want to sell these high quality cd's that are copied through the Hi MD? Are these your own CD's? All (Hi)MD units have reached a very high quality standard that can or cannot be limited by additional equipment. Focus your attention on external equipment and your recording technique.
