discoinferno70
hi all,i got a new computer and downloaded the latest version of sonic stage. it works fine but now i have made live recordings from my mixing desk, when i import them the tracks are in completely the wrong order. i tried clicking the 'date imported' column but that just turns the whole list on its head. it's probably a silly mis-steak i'm making, can anyone help me? thanks very much, Alan. sfbp
Can you label or number them before you do the import?I avoid clicking those column heads because there seems to be no way to "unclick" i.e. to leave "unsorted". Can someone help us out here?
Hungerdunger
I don't know whether this will help here, but when I've imported album tracks to the library I click on the "File Path" heading to sort them, and this usually cures the problem. discoinferno70
thanks for the input!i COULD number each track but i'm recording hours of live performance and this often means HUNDREDS of tiny little tracks, it would be a real drag to have to do that. my old computer with an earlier version of sonic stage doesn't behave strangely like this. i've never seen a 'file path' heading, where would i find it? regards, A. KJ_Palmer
If you right click on the grey bar under My Library in Sonicstage you'll get the option to show the File Path. It's not shown by default in SS.
