Boomchild
I recently purchased this to add to my minidisc collection. I do not have the users manual for it though. I was wondering if someone here would happen to have a copy in PDF format or some way to get me a copy of it. I have searched the net and came up empty. Any help would be appreciated. sfbp
You'll be looking for a manual in Japanese. Panasonic's common practice (for the other MD models) is to have an English summary around page 27 of the (otherwise unintelligible to all us gaijin) manual. The service manual is on minidisc.org but that's not exactly a huge help, having looked at it. Sergio here (if he reads this) probably has one, since he made a review recently that included some performance by this unit. Good luck. I did look at the service manual PDF on minidisc.org before posting here. I was hoping Panasonic included the users manaual in the service manual doc like Sony did from time to time. Nope! PhilippeC
Just make copy-paste in Google Translator after adding japanese characters in your OS. I have done that for my Panasonic bookshelf. I have seen two or three of these models 230/240/250/270 in Nhat Tao street in Saigon (HCM city). slugbahr
I have the English manual. I might be a while (days, or a couple of weeks) figuring out how to get it to you. Danny
Boomchild
I have the English manual. I might be a while (days, or a couple of weeks) figuring out how to get it to you. Danny Thanks Danny. If you could that would be great. Even if you wanted to do it the old school way of having it photocopied and mailed to me I would be willing to pay for the copy, postage and your time. BTW, my unit came with an A/C adapter that is for 220V but looks like it will fit a US 110V outlet. Do you know if this adapter will work the unit properly if the plug fits the outlet? My first thought is that it wouldn't unless you get one of those universal voltage\plug adapters. Just make copy-paste in Google Translator after adding japanese characters in your OS. I have done that for my Panasonic bookshelf. I have seen two or three of these models 230/240/250/270 in Nhat Tao street in Saigon (HCM city). Thanks for the suggestion but, the only manual I found on the net was the service manual and I was looking for the users manual.
slugbahr
I'm in Australia, so postage might be a bit. I'll see if I can get it scanned - I have to talk to a mate. I reckon you'd need a voltage transformer, or something. There are probably others on this forum who could chime in with the correct info. slugbahr
Done! PM me your email for a copy. Or anyone else who'd like it or would be able to put it on minidisc.org.
sfbp
Unfortunately all uploads are impossible at the moment (I have no clue why). Otherwise we'd be happy to put it in the downloads section here.
