sfbp
I think I paid less than this amount for at least 2 of my HiMD recorders.
PsychoPimpKiller
Makes me glad that I bought all of my Hi-MD disks before they went up in price. I have about 20 of them and I bought them all in 2009-2010. I thought I was paying alot for them back then and on average I was getting them for around $5 a piece. Crazy how in a few years things can change so much. That seller will never get that much for them, way too overpriced.

But I had no idea the dollar was so weak against the Euro nowadays.

Sony_Fan
Anyway it's too expensive!! I would put 80-100 euros maximum!! Yeah. I see that you own an ES deck and a JE440. Both of these decks have ATRAC DSP Type-R. Can you tell me, in your opinion, which one makes better ATRAC SP recordings?
punkrockaddict
I own both 333ES and JB930/980 and i can't figure out much difference in the SP recordings between those.Usually i record with the 930 and Play in the ES. I think measurements would precisely give pwnage to the 333ES. Listening mostly via Headphones could be a Point why it is hard to decide.I should give this a try on my Hi-Fi next time. But regarding the recording - to compare that you would rather have to do measurements than listening A-B i think.
