Guest Anonymous
Must be required to post for Canada?! Don't know and don't care http://www.sonystyle.ca/webapp/commerce/se...Download2_1.jsp I know it says "update" but it is the full download (trust me on this - I just did it and it is a 60+MB ZIP file). You will need a valid serial number, but that's it. Don't say I never gave you anything! Jimbo
GD|eNSo
Great find Jimbo! OpenMG file is 55MB, zipped. The serial numero can be found on the inside of the front lid.
darK (aka Tharaka)
what is a .jsp file??
Leland
This download is not only available in Canada. The US site has it also, as well as some Asian sites. You find it if you search for downloads for Network Walkmans (not NetMD) as these needed the new version of the program for Windows XP compatiblity. The only limitation is the need for a serial number. I saw a post that 300xxxx (any final 4 digits) would work.
Guest Anonymous
Actually I put in a bogus serial number and it still worked. The driver at the above link gave me some issues (I'm running Win98 SE), so if you have any issues with that driver, go here: http://64.224.241.89/downloads/netmd_driver.zip Jimbo
Bazirker
This is important enough to get stickied! Thanks for the suggestion, Leland. Remember, N10 users, that you need a different driver from the one included with other sony netmd players...
Leland
Also, remember to go to the support page for your unit and download the patch for OpenMG Jukebox 2.2 to make sure it is completely up to date. This made my software much more stable.

Guest Anonymous
Are you guys aware that there is a function for Label Printing in OpenMG and SonicStage software , but only on VAIO machines !!! Do you think it is strange that why the NetMD users do not have it and the people who owns a VAIO but may not have any NetMD is having it on their computer !! Any advise ??
Daijoubu
You have to install a Add-on to enable this feature (which seems to only works on VAIO)

Guest Anonymous
so, it's the same as sonic stage, or is it better?
mAjEsTiC
more or less the same...SonicStage v1.2 and OpenMG v2.2 have more or less the same interface...though SonicStage v1.5 just has a revamped interface that looks funkier...that's about it...
