That's not possible. I am sure it was a misunderstanding and he probably meant Mp3 320kbps instead; SonicStage will automatically (for those device that does not support the new ATRAC3plus bit rates) convert any of the new ATRAC3plus bit rates to its default bit rate setting unless you change it to another (ie. 256kbps).
