agreed tooo A1000 and A3000 omg is big doh HD5 still the best among all its hardisk flashbase i still say E500/A600 range still the best for the size, design, functions since its older model of flash no FM too i aslo have no idea too the bean type was discontinued but its just arrived at my area and all of a sudden its on sale at big dept store like cheap cakes

oh really? stuge 50hrs is at 48kps? hmm.. maybe i read wrongly i normally transfer convert my mp3 to atrac to 105kps 48kps seem to be super low bitrate doh

in the catalogue it mentioned A600 is atrac3plus @ 132kps is 50hrs max

to me i finds SS is petty all right even i got alot of users complains is sucks and i have no idea why too maybe they r apple fanboys

yea optional got FM strange doh why they dont give all model got FM's yea E500/A600 still wins in term of functions, style, and battery life over this new tube model sony should have standardise all its new DAP to be 50hrs same as its E500/A600 series and maybe improve on its A600 series with more functions and more storage but i hope this new model the price range should be cheaper then E500/A600 since its got lower specs

hmm US still donthave the A600 serires? if compare to the new tube size and the CE-p series and the old E500 and A600 series i give a booo rating to its now tube size dap E500 and A600 series still wins the day for the flashbase CE-p series no idea too is it battery life as good as its older brother E500 and A600 series? i was one a MD too using 2 AA battery and is the longest lasting audio player for me doh 10yrs+ and still going strong in the end i swtich to E500 series due to its size and mp3 bean shape from sony is kinda selling like crap in my county most shop is kinda dumping it away maybe due to its EOL and its HD5 too now is just only E500 and A600 series and A1000 and A3000 still selling but i noticed my country the E500 and A600 series or actually E500 series is selling better maybe due to its size and more colors avaiable

good news for atrac doh but is kinda expensive for start

agreed 1GB capped is kinda low at least a 2GB first 4GB flashbase? maybe sandisk mp3 i guess got now?

i went full time testing my e500 and my old MD fm's tuner over allyea is got more power to hold the reception but due to some stations is more prone to mono while my MD'FM is able to equallize them well wow where u all got the detials of the e500 ?

well at least u can get them if u goto their other office but to me i cant even i want to order or paid for one crap doh dunno why they want to control it too even we own their products well i got a cheaper version usb charger tat works decent too

yea got the OEM / close to the specs above to charge my E500 series since sony cte my area dont allows me to buy one even i want to buy even i own a SOny e500 series strange doh

love my E500 series too long life battery for this tiny size lucky i got it if i got those hardisk base mp3s doubt it will last me 1day without a charge

actually i still hope sony MD's c/w FM as most of its MDs range dont now a days looks not bad too doh

yea its got more functions but not really needed doh but i dont like its purple blueish color doh still waiting for others color to come to asia
