  1. Welcome. Back up your OMG files, and then uninstall via the NetMD faq [found in the NetMD forum] and install Sonicstage 2 from connect.com.
  2. Please uninstall via the directions in the NetMD faq [registry edits and all] and then install Sonicstage 2 from connect.com.
  3. You can delete them with certain home decks and bookshelf systems, but on a portable unit it is indeed impossible.
  4. I've spoken to some of the parties in the above discussion and this will not occur again. Please use what has occured as an example of the type of discussion we do NOT encourage here. Thanks, and this thread is locked because it's pretty evident the discussion has run it's course.
  5. In a retail store? It's a longshot. I'd just order it from an e-tailer if you're visiting a stable location.
  6. Chill out. If the tone of this thread doesn't calm down I will lock it.
  7. Good call, highlandsun. I suggest people try froogle.google.com and input their model number of choice to see the large list of e-tailers with Hi-MD units available for order.
  8. Welcome. I think this will work: http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=RCA+to...ab=wf&scoring=p
  9. KJ, you and your MZ-B models,. Yes, if you were to persue good quality recordings an external mic would be your best bet. Take a look over here for some inspiration: http://www.soundprofessionals.com/ ..and also check out our Live Recording forum. There's a ton of discussion about ideal mics and such there. Keep us updated on your progress!
  10. What unit were you thinking about getting?
  11. I'm not so sure if that's possible because of DRM, but I've never tried this before. I figured I'd at least respond..
  12. Welcome. Maybe you don't have your windows updates? http://windowsupdates.microsoft.com Download everything it tells you, specifically the service packs if possible.
  13. It's the Sony MZ-N10, the 10th anniversary recorder for Minidisc.
  14. Uninstall via the directions in the NetMD faq. Go to connect.com and download the software. :rasp:

  16. Welcome! You must get Hi-MD to fullfill your requirements. I recommend you get the NH900 for best results. It retails for $299 USD and you can probably get a better deal from a European e-tailer. I'm not quite sure who ships to Poland, though..
  17. What, am I not supposed to update FAQ's? You did write it, but I must keep things fresh here to maintain relevancy. :rasp:
  18. I'm recommending what I would believe to be the best experience for your Minidisc use. I suggest you uninstall how I prescribed to ensure a trouble-free installation of Sonicstage 2. I presume that it does have the N505 drivers as it's a very common unit.
  19. http://forums.minidisc.org/viewtopic.php?t=4207 [read the last page, specifically the_stamp's post] No confirmation yet. Looks like it may be plastic, but the consensus isn't sure about this yet. The only way we'll know is when it's released.
  20. Welcome. I recommend you try uninstalling via the directions in the NetMD faq [found in the NetMD forum] and install the software that came with your unit again.
  21. Uh yeah, I'd definitely recommend you try something a little newer..:rasp:
  22. It's destroying minidisc.org's bandwidth, so to speak - and there are no differences between it and the connect.com version anymore. Please download Sonicstage 2 from now on.
  23. IF you don't have any luck here, I suggest you go to head-fi.org/forums and inquire there. Be sure to report back with the answer for others who may experience the same issue..
  24. Don't even mess with that business. Welcome, btw. Download Sonicstage 2 from connect.com and be content.
