i'd go with himd gen. one at the very least, or an rh10 if posible. great recording features, add on battery pack, excellent screen. as you don't need 'legacy' md modes so the first generation is not a must buy in your situation

i have a high gain line amp for copper wire telephones. a whole lotta amping is needed if you record pre handset but i see your happy with that.

do you have a tracker though B? this one seems better for me too

but what are you using as the tracker? not the client B but the tracker?

they are slightly bigger than an egg. you can easily cup your hands over the ear pad.

i carry a bag so bag strap either messenger or backpack

if the tunes are imported in 3.1 or lower please use the included sonicstage backup tool. if they are from 3.2 & have no drm just copy them over via dvd/network/whatever.

one of the worst aspect of sonicstage is the lack of a progress bar explaiing what is happening - has it frozen or is it converting? who knows?

they are rad esp if you want BASS. also they do look like nineteen eighty free

yeah i read every thread posted on here usually on the hour 15 or so a day.

for home use big cups rule. better sound, more comfortable on the whole. for portable use i find eggos are the equal of most phones & buds.

what's your torrent server B? i'm only getting loads of ascii, not torrent connection through firefox. my client doesn't seem to like it either. btw what's the style of mix tape? is it mixed? or more of a roadtrip style collection of tunes?

i much prefer the asymetrical behind the neck. short/remote friendly cord is a big bonus too.

i prefer 'round the head phones. you can take 'em off & just leave them hanging there quite easily

a jukebox program is one like those listed that aims to be the media centre on the pc. they are usually fairly bloated programs that can rip/burn & catagorise music. sonicstage is also considerred a jukebox prog.

have you tried plugging it through a powered usb hub? sometimes usb ports don't provide enough power.

becuase the g750 is pre netmd.
