I would like to know what I can do to have a thumbnail on every album I rip using SS. I rip to the library for instance, PREFAB SPROUT "two wheel god" and can see the little pic of the cover; but once I eject the cd, it disappears and no trace of the thumbnail on the library. what am I doing wrong? I strongly recommend you keep it. What on earth happens if you use the rh-1 as a player?. I wouldn't change the rh-1 for none of them, neither RH10 nor DH10P. Regards

I did with SS and they were not protected cd's; the programme closes but I open it when this happens and finally I'm able to rip them (really weird). I guess from now on, i will use EXACT AUDIO COPY and then import to SS. thanks richyhu

I guess the problem might be on the Nvidia graffics card, a GEFORCE 6600. I will have a look as if by any chance there's a new version, but not sure this patch would fix the problem. My computer runs on 32 mode so the problem is not there. My drives are okay because the failure happens in both. A sony and a plextor. I will search on the forum for Nvidia Thanks
